Deliver program support as an Earn Value Management Analyst to effectively assist the Government in delivery and sustainment of war-fighting capabilities in support of the Space Force''s Space Systems Command (SSC). Responsibilities Key duties associated with this job include but are not limited to the following: * Analyze and document Program Contractor IPMR, CPR, IMS, CFSR, WBS, and other applicable technical data packages for compliance with Program Contractor contractual requirements in accordance with SMCI 63-107 (EVM). This activity extends to analyzing and identifying discrepancies, recommending corrective action, documenting the findings, and advising the Government. * Evaluate and record all Program Contractor cost, schedule, and risk analysis to the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), variance analysis and recommendations for corrective action, trend identification, EVM, and schedule health metrics to include cost performance index (CPI), schedule performance index (SPI), to complete performance index (TCPI), estimate at complete (EAC) and independent EACs, baseline execution index (BEI), and critical path length index (CPLI). * Schedule assessments IAW GAO Scheduling Assessment Guide, evaluate changes between IMS submissions, and identify and analyze the program critical and near critical path. * Identify all contract/program risks and potential impacts to the technical, schedule, and cost performance. * Develop and record risk-based and comprehensive estimates-at-completion (EAC), including confidence levels (S-curve). * Perform Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) in conjunction with other analyses. * Assist Government in analyzing Program Contractor''s OTB, OTS documentation, and developing independent predictability analysis to provide insight into contract technical, cost, and schedule performance issues. * Train and teach practical implementation of EVM and scheduling concepts for Government PMs and IPT members. * Mentor and provide on-site training to develop Government personnel abilities to use EVM as a forward-looking program management tool to integrate the cost, schedule, and technical performance of a program, and link these elements to the program''s risk management process. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Date Analytics, or Engineering * 8+ years of directly applicable experience in government budgeting and accounting * Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the results of analysis * US Citizenship is required * Active TS or TS/SCI Secret clearance; if candidate has TS, will need to upgrade to TS/SCI Preferred qualifications * Experience working with Classified programs * Professional certification in one of the following: EVP, PMP and/or SCE/A
