As a strategy and change management analyst, you''ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop strategic communications plans, organizational designs, and change strategy implementation. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you''ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. You Have: * 5+ years of experience in strategy development supporting senior executive clients * 3+ years of experience with face-to-face client interaction in project execution, project management, and administration discussions * Experience with organizational redesign * Experience with linking organizational management processes with organizational capabilities * Experience with informational technology service management operating models in complex technology portfolio management * Knowledge of technological, organizational, and social trends regarding digital transformation * Ability to distill and articulate complex messages in oral and written forms for technical and non-technical audiences * Secret clearance * Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills * PROSCI, Lamash, or Association for Change Management Professionals Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
