You Have: * 5+ years of experience in strategy development supporting senior executive clients * 3+ years of experience with face-to-face client interaction in project execution, project management, and administration discussions * Experience with organizational redesign * Experience with linking organizational management processes with organizational capabilities * Experience with informational technology service management operating models in complex technology portfolio management * Knowledge of technological, organizational, and social trends regarding digital transformation * Ability to distill and articulate complex messages in oral and written forms for technical and non-technical audiences * Secret clearance * Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills * PROSCI, Lamash, or Association for Change Management Professionals Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
