Responsibilities: * Support the Product Owners on AGILE-based software development principles. * Work directly with the Product Owner(s) to maintain strategic alignment with overarching business case/needs of program or project. * Facilitate community based AGILE-centric workshops with SMEs, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to elicit Higher Level Requirements and User Defined Intelligence Challenges directly from the super-users. * Create a centralized digital hub for use case activity. * Transfer post-workshop items from physical to digital inventory within the centralized hub. * Capture user community feedback into viable Requirements working with product owners/technical lead. * Analyze and review Requirements, in accordance with AGILE methodology, with product owners/technical leads. * Work directly with various Technical Leads to enable accurate representation of user community needs during Requirements backlog creation * Participate in frequent scrums and synchronization meetings with Product Owner, Technical SMEs, and mission areas-of-interest SMEs. * Review and modify product backlog in concert with Product Owners'' and stakeholders'' desired course-of-action. * Guide backlog refinement via continual feedback with the user community, Product Owner, and Technical Leads. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to pass CI Poly. * Must have at least 10 years'' experience in management consulting or related field. * Must have experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) working with development teams and stakeholders. * Exposure to Scrum/Agile environments. * Basic technical understanding of HTML, JS, CSS, Python, etc. * Bachelor''s degree or equivalent training and/or experience with a Master''s degree or advanced training in information technology. * Experience with DIA, DoD, IC, and IC ITE missions. * Efficient, proactive, responsive team player with excellent written and oral communication skills; able to interface effectively with all levels of corporate management and government customers. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience as a product owner, product manager, requirements manager, or business analyst. * Previous experience with CCMD J2 missions. * Understanding of the intel planning process and intelligence lifecycle. * One or more Scrum certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). * Experience with JIRA or other requirements management software. Travel Requirements: * Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) and other organizational locations CONUS and OCONUS on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements. Level of Responsibility: Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs. Reporting Chain: * This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions'' assigned Task Order Lead. Level of Supervision Required: The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment, resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interprets policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications. Work Environment: * This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment. * Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis. * This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
