Find your future with us.Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly and Installation (Level 3) to join the Manufacturing Engineering Team located in Everett, WA. This is a highly collaborative ME position that supports Program Leadership, Design Engineering, and Operations throughout the design and build of the KC-46 Program.Position Responsibilities Include:Review and approve Design Engineering drawingsSupports the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplines.Supports the development, identification and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.Participates in the development and implementation of manufacturing plans. Investigates technical problems.Executes Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items in support of the Contract with USAFAssist in reconciling completed Installation Planning (InSync Reconciliation) for Aircraft TicketingParticipates in the implementation of Lean principles and terfaces with IPTs and internal customers and suppliers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.This position is located in Everett WA. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor''s Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.2+ years of experience in Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.2+ years of experience in one or more of the following applications: structures, assembly.2+ years of experience with Review and approve Design Engineering drawingsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in Manufacturing Engineering/PlanningExcellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple disciplines with internal and external customers.MESci experienceTypical Education/Experience:Bachelor''s degree and typically 5 or more years'' experience in an engineering classification or a Master''s degree with typically 3 or more years'' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
