Ennoble First has built solid partnerships with large and medium-size government contractors and commercial establishments supporting the customer''s IT professional services needs. Description Ennoble First is hiring an Executive Growth Officer, who will report to the President/CEO and will be part of the executive leadership team. As the company establishes its plan for the future, there is a need to explore and implement methods for breaking into new markets as well as new approaches for expanding services within current client agencies. The EGO will lead the establishment of the corporate growth and business development model so that they are in sync with the company''s culture and capabilities. The company s overarching strategy and capabilities will evolve, so the EGO must continually refine the model to change with the company s workforce, client environment and financial goals. Someone who is energetic and has great customer interfaces and has the personality and ability to represent a growing organization. Someone who can technically stand their ground and can represent emerging technology solutions. This person should have the ability to grow within our organization and grow a core team with hands-on experience during the first couple of years. Should have exposure of line management, P&L responsibility and equivalently great BD and Capture skills. Should be able to work well with teams and handoff programs upon successful capture with these customers. As the EGO, you will be responsible for defining our growth strategy, coordinating, and executing growth plans, corporate/business development and supporting functions, and overall go-to-market strategy and messaging for the company to meet revenue targets. The role is part marketing, part sales, full capture, and full business development. You will be a key part of the leadership team ensuring that business goals are set appropriately, communicated clearly, and executed aggressively. Working from the top to the bottom, you will own the capture and delivery process and ensure that our marketing and sales efforts achieve our business goals, while providing a customer experience that exceeds expectations. You will create, build, and execute a growth plan that focuses on customer acquisition, activation, and retention, using both inbound/outbound strategies. You will also oversee the capture process and collaborate with the team to assess our programs and ensure alignment between customer expectations and program experience. You will constantly collect data to track and improve on all steps, identifying bottlenecks and increasing automation. Primary Responsibilities: * Business Development: Oversee the business development efforts (track, maintain, and execute winning relationships).* Sales: Support both inbound leads (phone calls, text messages, email inquiries) and outbound leads.* Marketing: Oversee all online marketing efforts (social media, email, ads, traditional media) and offline marketing efforts (hosting events, word of mouth, leveraging alumni/ambassadors/parents).* Capture: Oversee all capture efforts for all opportunities and handoff to the program team after award.* Develop and manage a robust pipeline to successfully meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.* Develop and monitor the company''s growth strategy for all stages (marketing, capture, business development, sales), defining a roadmap for each marketing channel and maintaining consistent sales activity year-round.* Collaborate with the program department to identify customer personas and translate our program and outcomes into external messaging and communications.* Communicate strategies and results to the leadership team on a consistent basis.* Identify and establish relationships with key decisions makers within the government sector to secure new business opportunities. * Work effectively with decision-makers to develop long-term strategic relationships.* Develop and build customer intimacy.* Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Ennoble First solutions.* Work with designated Account Managers to maintain a high standard of service within new and existing contracts to ensure continued business. Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: * Bachelor''s degree with a minimum of 10 years'' experience in growth marketing, capture, and business development role(s) working with the government market. * Significant experience or influential background within DOD, Intelligence, and Civilian agencies; strong influence with decision-makers.* Experience with successful BD at larger organizations. * Ability to work in a small organization with strong growth goals.* Ability to hit the ground running is required.* Ability to systematically bring additional business and able to generate revenue with little ramp-up time is a must. Should be a US Citizen and should be eligible for clearances. * Ability to establish BD processes and lead captures of GWAC and priority programs. * Ability to build a solid pipeline.* Ability to adapt and wear multiple hats towards corporate growth. * Successful proven track record of winning mid to large programs.* Experience setting, executing, and iterating a growth strategy.* Experience scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention. * Proven experience tracking analytics and exceeding sales KPIs.* Proven experience in online acquisition tactics and best practices.* Strong leadership, interpersonal, capture, and organizational skills.* Competitive, ''Can-Do'' Attitude - You identify opportunities and roll up your sleeves to make them happen; you are not afraid of getting your hands dirty.* Creative and Resourceful - You think on your feet, try new approaches, and bounce back when things do not go your way; you have got the perseverance without the ego.* Confident Communicator - You influence others with your outstanding communication skills and are confident pitching to anybody in any situation.* Compassionate Negotiator - You can tie a customer''s wants and needs to a logical solution while being welcoming, understanding, and empathetic.* Analytical Storyteller - You can gather relevant data from multiple sources and translate it into insightful stories and tactical recommendations.* Flexibility and availability to support proposal, capture and other business activities as required. Desired Skills: * PMP Preferred* MBA Preferred* Fast learner who is highly motivated to work efficiently and adapt quickly.* Technology advocate who stays up to date on the latest tools, best practices, and is always striving to make processes more efficient and effective.* Experience in dealing with technologies such as Software/System Engineering, Data Engineering to include Emerging technologies with Data Analytics, AI-based Data management, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Enterprise networking and Solutions and high-end emerging technology.* Forward-thinker who is able to see the small details, the big picture, how things are now, and where we can go from here.* Data-driven numbers person who understands the importance of data and knows how to collect and analyze data, as well as to glean and implement insights.
