As a Security Team Lead, you''ll work with the network engineering team, in support of a federal healthcare enterprise environment. The engineer will apply standardized and consistent security engineering methods to ensure reliability, availability, performance, and security of the enterprise network infrastructure and services. This engagement is expected to provide network systems operations and maintenance (O&M) and infrastructure services in a 24/7 environment for a leading federal healthcare agency. Areas include server architecture design & maintenance, ensuring cyber security compliance protections, change management, and Unified Communication. You''ll join a team balancing process-driven IT operations and Lean engineering with an integrated culture of continuous improvement, coupled with innovation and high-quality support services. Skills & Requirements Requirements: * Manage the development, deployment, and operation of complex information systems. * Assess hardware and other infrastructure for information systems and ensure available for deployment. * Design, maintain, and secure a FISMA cloud environment. * Provide software system engineering and development in support of the cloud. * Must be able to comply with Executive Order No 13991. Desired: * Experience supporting HHS or NIH. Experience: 7 years working on large scale infrastructure programs with in the federal government. Education: Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related discipline preferred. Certifications: CCNP and/or CCIE Certification.
