As a developer on our team, you''ll design and develop capability us ing the core ServiceNow platform for our project from end to end. You''ll work with c us tomers and end- us ers to understand their mission, processes, and current requirements. With a foc us on the c us tomer''s goals, you''ll work with the team to build a design that will scale to meet their evolving needs. You''ll provide tool and capability recommendations based on your research of the current environment and te chn ology platform. Your design will set the standard for future development, so you''ll craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security. We foc us on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our c us tomers, so you''ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to us e your OS knowledge while developing skills in sof tware development, including us ing Java, X-HTML, and Angular. You Have: -1+ years of experience with sof tware design and development -Experience with ServiceNow development, including ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, SAM, HRSD, GRC, or SecOps -Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the sof tware development life cycle ( SDLC ) -Knowledge of the ServiceNow core platform, tables, Glide, scripting, b us iness rules, client scripts, data imports, c us tom apps, and development methods -Secret clearance -Bachelor''s degree -Ability to obtain Security+ CE Certification within 30 days of start date Nice If You Have: -Experience in working with web te chn ologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS -Experience with requirements management and Jira or similar RTM platforms -Experience with creating quick proofs-of-concept for the c us tomer -Experience with coordinating between cross-functional teams -Experience with AWS or Azure -Experience with other ITSM platforms, including Remedy -Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, CS, or Computer Engineering -Security+ CE Certification -ITIL v3 Foundations or ServiceNow Certification, including Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or Certified Implementation Spe cia list Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
