Job Description: Strategic Marketing Manager Company Description: PVE, LLC is a multi-discipline design firm offering a full range of services, including civil and structural engineering, environmental consulting, land planning, survey and landscape design. With over 145 employees, PVE has the experience, capacity, and agility to address a wide range of design challenges to support our clients across the United States . Job Summary : The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization, individual lines of business and brands (PVE or EDI) to attract new customers, retain existing client base and establish brand awareness in PA, NY, CT, TX, or other emerging market regions. Principal Responsibilities: Develops marketing strategies for new and existing AE Services. Advances the firm brand by establishing company messaging, understanding the brand mission, and incorporating these into marketing materials (e.g., digital, social media, collateral, intranet, internal communications) Conducts market research based on leads provided by PMs, Regional Directors/Studio Leaders, and Division Directors, that have potential to become business opportunities. Leads Digital Marketing efforts by advancing brand recognition through digital content, web site development, targeted social media campaigns, industry specific announcements through digital channels. Leverages industry knowledge and marketing expertise to maximize company exposure in desired markets. Works with Division Directors to develop effective marketing strategies for their AE discipline. Manages Intranet tools by developing new content and maintaining standards to ensure users (internal staff) have access to the best content available with new learning and communication options Works closely with content, design, graphics staff to ensure services are aligned with marketing strategies. Reviews current marketing campaigns and their relevancy in the current market, identifies problems and offers solutions. Identifies potential new markets and creates plans to enter a desired market. Collaborates with HR team to establish recruitment branding strategies to maximize recruitment efforts and infuse brand recognition into digital recruitment campaigns. Stays current on new and emerging market practices relating to AE services. Requirements B.S. in Marketing, Business, or any other applicable degree program from an accredited university Background in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture industry Minimum 3-5 years of Strategic Marketing experience 3+ years of digital marketing experience Necessary skills and Competencies: Proficiency with MS Office Word and Excel, InDesign and other marketing materials Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong deductive reasoning and adaptability skills Strong organizational skills Other information: Salary range: 70,000-100,00 annually, depending on experience Full-Time Health Benefits, 401K and 401K Matching, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement programs PVE, LLC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
