Description SAIC is seeking an Oracle Application Express (APEX) Developer with a minimum Interim Secret Clearance to be functionally responsible for designing and supporting agile applications that respond to meet client requirements. The analyst works with the project business owner and/or executive to ensure delivery that responds to timelines. This role is located at the Marks Center in Alexandria, VA. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Oracle Application Express, PL SQL and SQL. * Proven experience with HTML, CSS, Oracle Application Express (APEX) development, RESTful Web services, Java, Java Servlet Programming, Weblogic, PL/SQL, MS Word ML, MS Access, SQL, Aspose for Java, Agile Software Development, and Software Development Life Cycle. DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Experience in architecting Web Application system solutions * Crystal Reports * TOAD * Java * Data Analysis * Experience working the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process, Program Decision workflow, and FYDP data structures with knowledge of manpower, forces, and TOA data. * Experience in DoD FYDP Program and OUSD(C) Budget data collections systems * DoD 8570.01-M Level II IA certification REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: * Interim DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a final Secret Clearance.
