Essential Functions: Complies with all Agency policies and procedures and follows contract specificationsAccepts service requests and with PM approval provides service based on agreementProvides supervision, training, scheduling, and inspection of cleaning activitiesProvides administration a tentative weekly schedule of manager''s hoursMakes telephone contact with on-duty Shift Managers on weekendsMakes daily routine inspections and provides a written report to BWI Admin dailyMaintains positive relationships with all facility staffAssists in overseeing day to day operation of assigned contractAssists in establishing job tasks schedules per contract specificationsAssists in reviewing and responding to inspection/deduction reportsAssists in assuring a high level of quality in performance of all workAssists in resolving quality issues through a quality control program and staff trainingAssists in establishing inspection procedures and guidelines for supervisorsAssists in conducting safety training and implementing of safety procedures and policiesAssists in keeping SDS book current and chemical list updatedAssists in hiring, evaluating, and supervising all staff membersAssists in training supervisors to perform to contract specificationsAssists in preparing schedules and maintaining daily time records for staffAssists in maintaining payroll and supply costs within budget.Submit completed time sheets and approved leave requests to PM for review.Assist Shift Managers with new employee onboarding to include time card &uniform requests and badging applicationServe as back Maximo ManagerObserve and ensure compliance with MAA''s rules for the site, security and safety guidelines and Chimes Rules For The Workplace and ensure employees do the sameObserve and ensure compliance with BWI Security Procedures for unescorted access privileges to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA)Responsible to ensure that routine cleaning occurs to include sub-contractorsReceives and acts on reports and requests from contracting office personnelAttends meetings with facility, and customer representatives as necessaryPresents ideas and recommendations to Project Manager based on contract needsAnalyzes, reviews, and suggests solutions to operational challengesObserves, manages, and provides feedback to all staff to ensure accurate job completionEnsures compliance with dress code and personal hygiene standards for self and staffComplies with and ensures staff compliance with all building and security requirementsActs as Shift Manager, if back-up system failsWorks cooperatively with HR to sustain employment for individuals with disabilitiesEnsures timely, accurate completion of time studies (if applicable), evaluations, and employee communicationsObserve and ensure compliance with MAA''s rules for the site, security and safety guidelines and Chimes Rules For The Workplace and ensure employees do the sameObserve and ensure compliance with BWI Security Procedures for unescorted access privileges to the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA)Works with outside agency staff and job coaches to aid Chimes employeesPasses and complies with CPR/first Aid training and OSHA trainingSecondary Functions:Serves as a liaison with community agencies and job coaches to aid Chimes employeesActs as Project Manager This means that when the facility is facedwith an institutional emergency, employees in this position may be required to remain at theirwork location or to report to work to protect, recover, and continue operations at the facility.Education:Bachelor''s degree from an accredited four-year college or universityValid CPR/FR certification preferredKnowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirementsKnowledge of electronic tracking systems such as MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMSKnowledge of regulatory standards, hospital standards, and facility managementKnowledge about regulations for MSDS, Fire and Safety, Hazard Communications and Bloodborne PathogensExperience:Minimum five (5) years'' experience in contract management and administrative dutiesAdditional experience can be substituted for education at the rate of one year of experience to one year of education up to four years of the required education.
