Description/Job SummaryThe RHD Intensive Behavioral Health Services Team (IBHS), a program of Resources for Human Development, Inc. support children, youth and young adults with mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs. These services are offered in their homes, schools and communities. We are hiring Mobile Therapist.Resources for Human Development is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic information, veteran, or disability status.Responsibilities/DutiesDesign and Lead the implementation of individualized, group and ABA servicesDevelop and revise individualized treatment plansFacilitate required evidence-based therapies and interventions as a part of the implementation of IBHSFacilitate group therapy in the school and communityConduct face-face assessment within 15 days of the initiation of services; review and update assessment every 12 months thereafter or as clinically indicatedAnalyze behavioral data in order to monitor treatment outcomes and assess the participant''s progress at least every 90 daysAssist with crisis stabilization and with addressing problems the child, youth or young adult has encounteredComplete discharge summaries in accordance to IBHS regulationsProvide consultation for parents, teachers, and other members of the treatment teamConduct weekly site visits in the home, school and communityRequired ExperienceExperience required for this role is found in the education section.Required EducationLicensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist or clinical social worker;Licensed in this Commonwealth as a social worker or a behavior specialist and; have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an approved college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education.Have graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work or counseling from an approved college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education and; have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adultsHave a graduate degree with a least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education, counseling or a related field from an approved college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education and; completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicumRequired QualificationsQualifications for this position are found in the education section.Program SummaryResources for Human Development is a national human services nonprofit with the broadest possible service mission, and specializes in creating innovative, quality services that support people of all abilities wherever the need exists. Founded in 1970, (RHD supports more than 160 human service programs across the country, serving tens of thousands of people every year with caring and effective programs addressing intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health, homelessness, addiction recovery and more.RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. The City of Philadelphia has issued an Emergency Regulation Governing the Control and Prevention of COVID-19 Mandating Vaccines for Healthcare Workers and In Higher Education, Healthcare, and Related Settings (''Vaccine Mandate Regulation''), which mandates vaccine for healthcare workers and in higher education, healthcare, and related settings. This mandate became Effective on August 16, 2021 and requires Healthcare Workers and certain workers at Healthcare Institutions to be fully vaccinated by October 15, 2021. Fully vaccinated means it has been two weeks since the final dose of vaccine. The regulation does allow individuals to apply to RHD for an exemption based on a sincerely held religious belief that would prohibit vaccination for COVID-19 or because of medical conditions that preclude administration of one of the available vaccines.
