Remodel Foreman Pay rate $30 - $37/ HR DOEA Foreman with True Legacy Homes is very experienced with the skills and ability to Lead and complete all remodel-related projects to the highest of standards. Must have the necessary tools and the ability to lead a team to the successful completion of a residential remodel. This is a hands-on foreman position that executes the scope of work with attention to detail and has great communication with both management and crews. The work Is will be located throughout Orange County.Knowledge in: - Carpentry: framing to finish details - Plumbing: rough to finish & knowledgeable on pex - Electrical: fixtures, outlets & switch installation, some wiring - Tile knowledge and capabilities - Mud/ tape/ paint - Read and build to blueprints specs - Cabinet installation - Windows and doors (interior & exterior) - Other remodel related tasks - Maintaining professionalism on the job site Qualifications: - Tools - Cell phone - Blueprint reading - Reliable transportation - Foreman/ manager experience - Ability to pass drug testing - Follows all OSHA standards - W2 position - Spanish speaking a plus - Must have a Valid Drivers license Experience: 10+ years in construction doing build/remodels/additions and comfortable in all aspects of remodeling
