Counter-Insider Threat Analyst -Sr (NGB J2) Location Virginia, Arlington Department RECRUITING Employment Duration Full Time Celestar Corporation has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify a Counter-Insider Threat Analyst- Senior Level who will be seated in Arlington, Va and the Pentagon supporting the National Guard Bureau J2. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly Duties: * Provide assistance in developing and maintaining the National Guard enterprise overt HUMINT policies and programs as required by DoD regulations. * Ccoordinate approximately ten engagements per month and conduct required coordination with the intelligence community (IC), senior NGB leaders, and the 54 National Guard State and Territory organizations. * Collaborate with the Army National Guard G2 as well as the IC agencies and the Service organizations that have the statutory authorities to execute the mission. * Prepare staff packages, brief policies, and represent positions to a broad constituency in a wide variety of fora. * Facilitate cross-NGB staff working groups to draft policy, analyze alternatives, and/or achieve resolution of issues. * Develop and maintain spreadsheets, priority charts, and requirements documents that support deliberate coordination of the mission. * Analyze programs and provide input to development of long-range strategic plans and programming options. * Develop recommendations based upon in-depth analysis of issues, knowledge of DoD and/or IC requirements, and consideration of missions, budgetary constraints, limited personnel resources, and the political environment * Draft policy, memoranda, guidance, white papers, and other professional documents on the overt HUMINT program for use by the Government and develop procedures, strategies, and security-related documents. * Be knowledgeable of Intelligence Oversight Regulations Minimum Requirements: * At least 12 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion performing relevant duties in the past 2 years EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: * Master''s Degree or a Bachelor''s Degree with 17 years of relevant experience IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a Best Athlete Selection Process!
