As a Physical Therapist, you''ll provide direct patient care,including evaluating case history and functional capabilities, limitations and restrictionsto develop and deliver an effective rehabilitation plan. Our goal is to restorefunction and minimize pain as quickly and effectively as possible. For patientswho cannot come into our clinics, you can stay connected via TELEHealth atCORA-our HIPAA-compliant platform powered by MedBridge. This is a PRN position. Our ideal candidate has a strong PT background, a desire to growin his or her career, great communication skills and works well in high-energy environments,all while being flexible and adaptable. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive, caring evaluations on new patients, establish achievable goals and develop actionable treatment plansProvide ongoing physical therapy services that effectively and efficiently comply with treatment plansTake ownership of obtaining necessary additional information and suggesting revisions in treatment as appropriateDocument all evaluations, treatments and other pertinent patient interactions in accordance with company policySkillfully and safely progress patients through their levels of treatment until successful completion of careEngage with patients for an impactful, effective, sustainable treatment experienceActively pursue professional growth through affiliation with professional PT associations, workshop attendance and conferencesQualifications: Diploma (certification) from a CAPTE-approved programCurrent PT license (upcoming application also acceptable)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent work ethic in both independent and collaborative settingsBenefits: Not only is our benefits package the most comprehensive in our industry, we are consistently seeking new programs to enhance our offerings.
