VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Training Specialist OCONUS Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum 7 years of experience in: * Demonstrating the developing tools, testbed, framework and software systems, to provide operational training and to interact with the users to gain understanding of their needs from obtaining the survey and feedbacks for the ongoing software development * Supporting major exercises, experimentation, capability demonstrations to key users and decision makers for providing operational support requirements in areas of wartime and hazardous natures * Performing the utility assessments for evaluating products and surveying the existing tools, applications and emerging technologies to propose candidates for the designated demonstration for selection consideration by Government * Interacting with potential users to analyze and resolve problems, to develop and specify requirements for the modification and enhancement of the existing software system * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to operate independently, or collaboratively across multiple functional areas * Experience in all phases of software engineering to include requirements analysis, development, testing and integration, maintenance and problem diagnosis/resolution and/or experience in phases of applications systems analysis to include evaluation and design, integration and optimization of complex systems. * BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or) any Bachelor''s degree with relevancy to the work to be performed and (9) years of training in military systems (or) 20 years of experience with relevancy to the work to be performed may be substituted for the Bachelor''s degree * TS / SCI level Clearance required * AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Professional preferred Desired Qualifications: * Experience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Experience with ICITE Cloud concepts and architectures * Knowledge of Agile software development project methodologies * Experience with communication applications, database management, programming languages and knowledge of storage and retrieval methods. Job Description: The Training Specialist will support the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The scope of this effort is to support research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. These capabilities are in alignment with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Army priorities to meet the needs of increasingly complex systems requirements and technologies. The services to be rendered by the Contractor encompass a wide variety of program support for all elements of the acquisition cycle and the subsequent support of fielded systems including broad range of technical disciplines ranging from requirements and operational analyses through deployment and support of systems in the field. These include development of emerging concepts, advanced research and prototyping, identification of the state-of-the-art technologies, performing analysis of alternatives, technology insertion/exploitation, integration of the possible capabilities and services to support the proof-of-concepts, new pilot efforts, existing programs, and/or fielded systems. While headquartered at APG, candidate must be willing to travel OCONUS. Anticipate travel to the following locations in support of this TO: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD; OCONUS locations include: Vicenza, Italy, Grafenwoehr, Germany, Stuttgart, Germany, and Kuwait as needed from initiation of and availability of funding from the designated efforts. Essential Duties of the Job: * Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner. * Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups. * Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard. * Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off. * Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face Physical Demands and Work Environment: * While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. * Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. * Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. * May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment. * The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (i.e. general office environment).
