As a member of the ITI2 Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation''s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity. What you''ll get to do: The position will be supporting the various border security efforts of CBP in all travel entry and exit modalities. These include Air, land, and sea on entry and exit, along with vehicle entry and exit. * Perform custom support tasks at Air, land, sea, rail, Ports of entry and Border Patrol Locations. * Perform and manage on-site activities related to installation, repair, management, and maintenance of hardware . * Perform troubleshooting of existing solutions to resolution * Track and document all performed work at a particular location * Be able to work at field locations in all-weather scenarios interpedently You''ll Bring These Qualifications: * Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to: * 3-year check for felony convictions * 1-year check for illegal drug use * 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud * Minimum Bachelor''s Degree and 10 years of overall experience, 5+ years of deployment experience , or similar role. * Experience with managing, troubleshooting, drawing designs, and preserving technical equipment. * Proficient in using mobile tools and applications * Understand basic low voltage wiring principals. * Proficient with signal cabling such as CAT 6 and coaxial to include testing and termination * Ability to drive daily to jo b sites up to 100 miles * Will travel to locations on the US borders What We Can Offer You: - We''ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post. - Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives. - We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities. - We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation''s highest priorities. - For over 55 years, the principles of CACI''s unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.
