This position will be located in Roy, Utah with some travel to Promontory, Utah and Vandenberg AFB, California and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Candidate will be a manager supporting test automation, verification, and the technical support team as part of IATC (Integration Assembly Test and Checkout). The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor Degree in a STEM field with at least 8 years of relevant experience* At least 3 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule* US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher awarded within the past 6 years* 1 year of demonstrated experience in test planning and test execution, or automation developmentPreferred Qualifications:* US Citizenship with an Active Top Secret Clearance (awarded within the past 5 years) with capability for SAP access* Prior Experience or knowledge of ICBM test methodologies* Demonstrated ability working with cross-functional teams and customers* Demonstrated knowledge and use of instrumentation and data acquisition type systems* CAM and EVMS training* Project Management, risk and opportunities, and scheduling background* Understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and Model Based Systems Engineering* Travel for this position is expected up to 10% of the timeSalary Range: $134,200.00 - $201,400.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
