Systems Integrations and Test Engineer (Onsite)

Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) is looking for Systems Engineers to work in a collaborative, iterative development environment. Our Systems Engineers provide technical direction and design/requirement clarification to software agile development teams, integration, and test personnel. The systems integration and test engineers integrate software using regression tests, some automated to ensure the software baseline may proceed to verification. The systems integration and test engineer analyze requirements, create documentation determining how requirements will be validated and verified. They execute and document results as well as create discrepancy reports as needed to document issues encountered, They also attend technical interchange meetings with other program personnel to discuss progress and issues.Location: Aurora, CO Relocation assistance available provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI U.S. security clearance This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $12,000 for a candidate with an Active TS/SCI clearance that can be verified when hired at RIS.Required Skills:Systems engineering lifecycle experience Management and Integration of COTS/FOSSDevelopment of test architecture/frameworkCreate integration and test procedures and plansUse of discrepancy report systems and developing closure plansKnowledge of Software Development lifecycle models (Waterfall and Agile)Ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and individual contributorsFamiliarity with automated testing using CUCUMBERDesired Skills:Systems Integration and/or Test Engineering experience on a large government software development contractExperience in Systems Engineer process development and deploymentExperience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment, being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software, Systems Engineer, Integration and Verification teamsExperience as a Product Owner or Scrum MasterAbility with scripting in PERL and programming in JAVAEducation and Experience Requirements: 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor''s degree (Typically STEM focused - Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics); OR3 years of relevant experience with a Master''s degree (Typically STEM focused - Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
