General Manager - Full TimeTewksbury MA Executive Summary:Heritage Home Service is actively seeking a high character, high-performing General Manager to lead all aspects of our service business in Tewksbury, MA. This is a unique opportunity to enter into the recession-resistant and growing industry of home plumbing, electrical and HVAC services, trades that literally built our nation in many ways but ironically are often overlooked. The right professional will see the significant opportunity within this underserved industry segment and seek to apply leading business practices in a very hands-on but rewarding environment with personal and professional upside. Experience in the trades is not necessary; the selected candidate will participate in an initial 90-day development program before assuming the General Manager role. This leadership role is suited for a results-oriented professional who excels in bringing together talent, resources, processes, strategy and emotional intelligence for client, team, and business success.
