Job Title: Project Manager Reporting Line: Global Partner MarketingJob Location: San Mateo Job Type: Contractor Role Overview:As part of our Global Partner Marketing, we are launching a Marketing Hub & Service platform that will create one centralized, global marketing destination and service for publishing Partners and SIE cross-functional teams. This will enable us to deliver exceptional experiences with every single interaction, making life easier for all and separating us from our competition. The Project Manager role is highly visible and strategic to helping us build Marketing hub & service scalable solution, supporting the delivery of a best-in-class Marketing hub product and strategy built on the Salesforce platform and associated technologies. Within this role you will: Support the development of Marketing Hub & Service scalable solution Provide end-to-end project management support Drive scheduling of stakeholder meetings Provide weekly/monthly project update to LT and other stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or direction change This role is primarily remote, but the candidate must be located near our San Mateo office as you will be required to be in the office for ''moments that matter.'' As the role is global, a flexible approach to working hours to support global business operations is required. What You''ll Be Doing: Define the scope of Marketing hub & service in collaboration with LT and key stakeholders Develop a project plan to support the successful implementation of Marketing Hub & service within time, scope and budget Manage Marketing hub dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly Provide leadership and change management expertise with respect to the development and implementation of Marketing hub & service Work collaboratively with CRM product teams to align on Marketing hub deliverables Manage the organization of Marketing Hub & Service project activities Compile and distribute weekly reports and recaps to LT and business stakeholders in a timely manner Communicate with teammates & external partners in multiple geographic locations Create and manage project plans, including the Project Initiation Document, Project Plan, Gantt Charts and others Advice and provide guidance on project management tools or configuration management Administer configuration management procedures of the Change Control Approach Create requirements documents, design specifications, technical specifications, project schedules, project documentation, and other deliverables What we are looking for:Essential 6+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager with a consistent track record of delivering high profile, business focused solutions in a fast-paced environment An authority on Salesforce projects built on Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology Proven experience with agile software development Required ability to translate and articulate sophisticated business problems into easily understood solutions Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives Articulate in detailing product requirements, writing functional specs, acceptance criteria and user stories Global operator, with experience working with a diverse range of partners and audiences within a matrix organisation Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to context switch between low level detail and ''bigger picture'' Excellent communication skills to help internally evangelize to technical and non-technical users Highly motivated, autonomous, and proactive Impeccable organisational skills, time management and the ability to think on your feet Diplomatic and comfortable with finding common ground on complex issues Comprehensive analytical and research skills Active listener Desirable Salesforce certification PMP or Agile certification Globally aware with experience of working successfully across countries and cultures A general understanding of the video games industry Experience in Sales or MarketingAbout UsSkiltrek is an award-winning IT staffing firm and the staffing partner of choice for many leading companies across the US.
