Explore your specialties by joining us asService Technician Next possible start date | Flowery Branch, GAThe Fluid Service Technician is responsible for the care and maintenance of our client''s industrial fluids including coolants, oils, wash and waste fluids. This may include sampling, testing, fluid additions, changing, and care of any additional fluid related equipment such as filter systems or waste systems.This position is a full-time on-site role at our client''s site in an industrial manufacturing facility. We are hiring for multiple openings:Night Shift - 6PM - 6AM - Rotating Days OffDay Shift - 6AM - 6PM - Rotation Days OffRegular Shift works 3 Days one week, 4 days second weekStarting Pay Range of $16.50 - 18.50 per hour****Call or Text 708-225-6816 for more information. ***Responsibilities:Check and record system fluid levels. Collect data and samples from industrial fluid systemsConduct laboratory testing per procedures & making corrections based on testing resultsInput and communicate data including generating daily reportsMaterial handling, lift truck operation loading and dumpingParticipating in daily communication meetings with Supervisor and communicate effectively with the site leader and customerFollowing procedures and adhere to all customer and safety requirements.Make adjustments to fluid systems based on established procedures, maintaining the proper fluid level on each system at the customer siteMaintaining inventory of chemical products and weekly record keepingAdhere to all site and company safety regulations, policies and proceduresQualifications:3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environmentLift-truck experience a definite plusGood communication skills (oral and written), customer service, and teamwork.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an industrial environmentMechanical aptitude is an assetStand for the majority of a shift for approximately 4-8 hours with moderate to considerable physical activityLift a minimum of 50-lbs as neededBend/crouch/stoop and dip on a regular basis in order to obtain samplesWear all required Personal Protective Equipment.Basic computer knowledge/ability to navigate the internet & emailWHAT WE OFFERFuchs offers a challenging and rewarding working environment where employees are encouraged to develop and grow as professionals.
