Resource Development VISTA-PB: CORI VISTA Program 22/23The CORI VISTA Program is designed to build the capacity of our community partners, develop inclusive digital skilling programs, and cultivate locally supported career pathways to drive tech employment for low-income, underemployed, and unemployed rural residents. Through capacity building, the CORI VISTA Program will position each host-site community to more effectively empower economically disadvantaged rural residents to start future-proof and good-paying digital careers, including through expanded digital skilling partnerships, wrap-around services, and career pathways that align employer needs with local digital skilling efforts. The CORI VISTA Program will also contribute to the development of models and best practices for developing digital skilling programs in rural areas that can scale across all the communities where CORI works and beyond.Member Duties : As the Resource Development VISTA you will be involved with local development activities that target digital skilling programs in rural communities. These activities will include capacity building for grants management, donor engagement, and local fundraising campaigns that can diversify the host site''s funding streams and strengthen the overall sustainability of the program moving forward.
