Effectively execute every catering order with excellenceResponsible for maintaining existing Guest relationships and creating repeat catering salesCommunicate and interact with Partner and Chef Team to regularly report progress, developments and opportunitiesAssists with catering orders and delivery logisticsAssists restaurants with production of catering ordersMotivates and supports Team Members with in-store training of catering operationsProper knowledge of all catering Standard Operating Procedures, Packaging and RecipesResponsible for offsite and special event set-up, operational execution, breakdown and cleaning of catering equipmentParticipates in weekly chef meeting to discuss operations, sales goals and upcoming ordersKnowledgeable of Point of Sale and Catering Management SystemsDrives personal vehicle or company provided vehicle when applicable to deliver daily catering needsAssist Catering Manager with Local Store Marketing strategies and standardsKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust pass a background and DMV checkMaintains a professional manner and appearance at all timesGreat communication and people skillsHighly organized, detail oriented, and the ability to follow through on a task to completionAbility to work calmly and effectively under pressureIs physically able to manage the set-up and delivery of catering ordersBasic math skills and computer proficiencyExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsValid Driver''s License required.
