BerryDunn is seeking a Project Manager responsible for oversight, facilitation, and support relating to requirements as they pertain to a State Medicaid Agency''s MMIS Modules, Request for Proposal Development, and Procurement Assistance project. You will be responsible for requirements as they relate to the various identified modules working with multiple State Medicaid agencies as well as related vendor selection and on-boarding activities. You will be working across Alaska and Iowa engagements and will likely handle the duties over multiple modules such as Provider, Interoperability, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), System Integrator and other MMIS modules as identified. Travel Expectations: 50% travel to client offices with the likelihood of more during required phases of the project.You Will:Provide oversight, facilitation, and management of identified MMIS module RFP requirements. Manage business analyst resources, assigns tasks, and oversee work product and their completion.Provide expert guidance ensuring the policy and business rules defined by the State are correctly captured in the States RFP and any resulting contract. Serve as the senior business expert with a strong understanding of the vendor marketplace and various business applications.Develop and Manage Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).Assist in providing project management related services in support of State execution of identified activities.Facilitate meetings with the client, vendor, and team to assist in identified activities, RFP development, and procurement support.Develop, edit, and present summaries, reports, and presentations of complex data for the team and client. Estimate and maintain resource projections for responsible tasks.Provide frequent, clear, and consistent communication to the client, team members, vendor, and direct reports.Perform assigned administrative tasks efficiently and effectively, asking questions when instructions are unclearYou Have:A minimum of three years experience as a project manager and/or providing project management support services directly related to the analysis, development, and/or implementation of programs and/or initiatives for a State Medicaid Agency. Minimum of five years of experience working with HHS systems, a state medicaid agency, and/or a large healthcare organization.Minimum of five years of experience working with a state medicaid agency on the modernization initiatives and familiarity with Advance Planning Document (APD) process on latest CMS certification management process.Strong knowledge and experience working with a client to define RFP requirements. Experience working with SMA program defining RFP requirements for a data warehouse, provider, interoperability, EVV and/or working with a HHS program to develop a health IT related RFP.
