Job Description Financial System Analyst II supports Financial System Analyst I in, implementation, maintenance, and reporting of financial software. Ensures financial modules are meeting organizational needs. Collaborates with IT & finance staff to meet business requirements. This position works with physicians, other nurses, office personnel, and other leadership members to help implement any changes or enhancements. Revenue Cycle Systems Trainer will conduct in person, classroom, one on one training sessions with team members. The role will frequently leverage existing training resources or create new training resources using various media. Will facilitate new or updated workflow, technology and care model training to include any changes or implementation and ensure staff understanding. Financial System Analyst II will support Financial System Analyst I in implementation, maintenance, and reporting of financial software. Ensures that all financial modules are meeting organizational needs. Collaborates with IT and finance staff to meet business requirements; may be responsible for business office end user training. Ensures that consistent practices are used throughout to maintain the integrity of the system. Follows established standards, policies and procedures. This position works with physicians, other nurses, office personnel, and other leadership members to help implement any changes or enhancements to the department. Revenue Cycle Systems Trainer will conduct in person, classroom, one on one training sessions with team members. The role will frequently leverage existing training resources or create new training resources using various media. Will facilitate new or updated workflow, technology and care model training to include any changes or implementation and ensure staff understanding.
