About the TeamThe mission of our Consumer Retention Marketing team is to build lasting relationships with our customers as soon as they engage with DoorDash by providing them with a personalized, cross-channel experience that delights them and drives them to return to DoorDash to find the products, merchants, and deals that are relevant to them.About the RoleIn this role you will report into the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. Your day-to-day will include coding, scripting, and QA on CRM communications that engage millions of customers. You''ll collaborate and work closely with various teams and stakeholders from BI analysts and designers, to CRM strategists.
