We are not looking for order-takers or script-readers - we''re searching for those who can engage with our subscribers and assist them with all aspects of their delivery service. Responsibilities in this position include:Taking customer phone calls and assisting them with delivery issues, payment information and delivery schedule requests Inputting information into our software system. Receiving and balancing subscription payments Maintain various activity reports Assisting District Managers with all questions and follow up with requested information in a timely manner.
