Colton RV is seeking a Finance Administrative Assistant (part-time), based out of our Orchard Park Facility. We need someone who is a dedicated and organized individual, with a professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities. Your accountabilities include: Act as a team player, who will provide administrative support to our finance team. Prepare various reports, documents, and communications. Organize, prepare, verify and audit paperwork involved with cash, finance and lien transactions. Collect registrations, titles and payoffs Assist with setting up Insurance Sort, organize and process contracts Help with after sale contracts Handle questions or cancellations of extended service contracts and insurance. Other duties assigned by management Will attend shows on site and off site. To be successful you will need: High School Diploma required Previous administrative experience preferred Notary required within first 90 days of employment Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and specifically Excel. Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Consistency working within a high volume fast paced setting. Reliable and strong work ethic. Ability to work the following schedule, with required additional hours, including weekends, during shows both in house and off site: Monday - 8:30am - 1:00pm Tuesday - 8:30am - 1:00pm Wednesday - 1:00pm - 7:00pm Thursday - 8:30am - 7:00pm Friday - 8:30am - 1:00pm Whats in it for you?
