Full-time remote work is also a possibility for qualified candidates.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handles a portfolio of past due accounts working with customers to bring accounts municates via written correspondence and by telephone with customers to make payment arrangements.Upholds positive customer relations while dealing with sensitive situations.Maintains past due files in accordance with company and department policies.Maintain current knowledge on various laws and regulations governing collection activities.Corresponds with attorneys handling account charge-offs.Processes payments for customers on an as needed basis.Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft office.Preferred Qualifications: One to three years of collections and/or customer service experience.Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills in interacting with customers and other stakeholders of the Bank.Career Path and Job Family: Loss Mitigation SpecialistSpecial Assets Specialist
