Job Description Reporting to Gilead Team System Communications Director, this individual will be an essential member of the Gilead Team Systems Office (GEO). The ideal candidate will have a robust background in communication and / or expertise in learning and development. Roles & Responsibilities: Create customized learning and development curricula for Project Team leaders, team members and functional stakeholders of the team system Monitor and maintain alignment of the GEO engagement and training plan while balancing short-term and long-term goals across multiple projects Partner with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify needs, improve training solutions and support implementation Offer solutions for bridging gaps between current organizational capabilities and needs Prior content development experience is essential, including working with vendors, as well as monitoring and maintaining quality of such content Collaborate with Gilead Learning & Development partners and leverage synergies Plan for and support organizational change when applicable Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in order to lead, interact with, focus, illustrate concepts, and drive collaboration with counterparts Able to communicate with leaders and stakeholders within a fluid environment Basic Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in communications, English, Learning & Development, marketing or a related discipline 4+ (MS) or 6+ (BS) years of experience Excellent writing, verbal communication and presentation skills including examples of high-level written work Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and TEAMS, particularly as used in the development and instructional content Self-directed; ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision Functional depth in at least one of the following domains: Strategy, Consulting, Operations, Communications Flexible, adaptable and collaborative 3+ years of growing responsibility with broad exposure to multiple functions Prior experience with biotech/pharmaceutical project teams in a development or commercial setting Preferred Experience / Skills: We''re seeking a strategic communication leader with: Knowledge or experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated Robust influencing skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
