Software Developer *** $3,000 Sign-On Bonus *** Job Summary: Noetic is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team supporting a joint customer at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. This person will participate in an integrated team solving technical problems, providing assistance during all phases of design, installation, and operation of data collection hardware, data collection software, and web data services on base and at deployed environments. Duties and Responsibilities: Support the system engineering lifecycle for a broad range of software and hardware data collection components, including requirements analysis, design, development, test, and implementation.Design, develop, and maintain automated tools to support task and product requirements (e.g., Joint Windows Warfare Assessment Model [JWinWAM], Data Collection Architecture for Analytical Feedback [DCAAF], Multiple Interface Gateway [MIG], Extreme Digital Audio Recording Enhanced System [XDARES], Track Event Reconstruction Application [TERA]).Based on new customer requirements, perform research and evaluation to recommend new technologies for automated tool and database enhancement.Design, develop, and maintain data bases (e.g., project assessment databases)Design, develop, and maintain web based data services (intranet website, integrated project system, web pages) Minimum Qualifications: Travel: 30«ility to utilize APIs to retrieve dataCurrent baseline certification meeting IAT-2 (e.g., Security+)Ability to obtain computing environment certification within 6 months of assignment (e.g., MCSA Windows 10)Experience with C, C++, C, .NETFull understanding of the software development process (e.g. planning analysis, design, implementation, maintenance)Experience with maintenance on existing software products and subsystemsProfessional writing and oral presentation skills, MS Office proficiencyAbility to communicate with peers to explain processes and practicesCapability to lift 40 lbs.
