Program Analyst Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI is seeking a Program Analyst to contribute to the mission of expanding the U.S. Navy''s maritime advantage over our adversaries. The Naval Sea Systems Command and affiliated Program Executive Offices (PEOs) engineer, build, buy and maintain ships, submarines and combat systems that meet the Fleet''s current and future operational requirements. What You''ll Get to Do: * Contribute to mission of expanding the U.S. Navy''s maritime advantage over our adversaries. The Naval Sea Systems Command and affiliated Program Executive Offices (PEOs) engineer, build, buy and maintain ships, submarines and combat systems that meet the Fleet''s current and future operational requirements.* Assist with Data-Driven decision making:* Create visualizations to communicate Program Office''s strategic plans to external stakeholders and warfare centers* Analyze data to identify trends and feed changes back into cost estimates and cost phasing projection model* Coordinate with Configuration Management, Engineering, Program, and Financial Management teams for updates to plans, products, and tools* Coordinate with Business Financial Manager to plan allocations within controls, develop budget briefs, and refine budget exhibits based on data and requirements analysis What You''ll Gain: * Exposure to a wide array of functional competencies.* Opportunity to be challenged and learn new things daily.* Dynamic and impactful work.* Professional relationships with people who are dedicated and passionate about the mission. You''ll Bring These Qualifications * Must have an Active DOD Secret security clearance* Bachelor''s Degree* 3-5 years of experience in Program Management or Analytics* Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.* Must have experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) * Experience developing models with Python.* Experience creating dashboards in SharePoint or Tableau. These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have * Experience with the U.S. Navy or DoD Acquisition Programs.* Experience engaging directly with clients/customers.* Familiarity with cost estimating and POM cycle.
