This candidate will interact with hotel colleagues on all levels to provide prompt answers, provide assistance, and resolve IT related issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have extreme attention to detail, proven troubleshooting skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms.
