The Opportunity Promotes integration, communication and alignment with all practice lines, and departments to support programs, finances and quality, sharing knowledge with other subject matter experts for cross-functional projects, processes, and programs. Supports the leadership team with designs and co-designs of scalable processes and solutions that improve data quality and utilization, working with team to develop concept product and tools to meet emerging needs, and support ongoing iterations. Participates in enterprise data governance activities that drive necessary set up of people, process and technologies that enables the organization to manage and utilize data. Drives collaboration within and outside of Operations Division on data quality and data governance initiatives and projects, escalating issues (outside of local or less formal scope) and opportunities to improve data accuracy, availability and transparency. Works with technical and non-technical teams to reverse engineer issues back to root cause and establish monitoring where appropriate. Engages in discussion, discovery and research with team within all divisions to understand, support and represent the needs on behalf of the practice lines. Maintain library of reports and dashboards to supplement the suite of products provided by the Data/IT team. Assists in the establishment of Program standards, educating team on policies and processes. Ensuring proper programs alignment with all individual Projects. Bring forward innovative and creative programmatic solutions to address patient and client needs and leading direct reports. Oversees the assignment of large data set task assignment; including the prediction and review of resource for jobs to be completed, quality review, time spent on jobs, and productivity review. Identifies quality control protocol and develops implementation processes. Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and strategic initiatives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices. Supports practice line operations across all divisions, practice line leaders, divisional leaders and PL Vice Presidents to drive organizational goals, finding opportunities to exercise best practices and standard work where appropriate, drive accountability, and to keep multiple levels of leadership apprised of significant deviations from meeting site and contract goals. Leads the team to develop necessary supporting materials (e.g., manual, training modules, curriculum, etc.) for the. Delegate, review and provide feedback as needed. Works with analytic team to create reports, dashboards, and tools using various BI platforms to be used by physician leaders and business partners. Manage these reporting products through ongoing iterations of the development cycle. Works with team to lead interdepartmental projects with finance, growth/marketing, and data/IT teams, collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements. Takes ownership for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction on team, and in the practice line. Provides supervision and monitoring of projects within practice line. Ensures compilation and communication of information related to critical activities, resources and timelines. Manages direct reports, including performance reviews, goals, direct feedback and participation in company-wide events. Ensures adequate training of staff and employee compliance with program management and processes for organization''s policies and practices. Gives work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. May initiate or authorize employee hire, promotion, discharge, or transfer. Schedules and assigns daily tasks and activities. Assigns, or delegates responsibility for, specified work or functional activities and disseminates policies and objectives to supervisors/staff. Manages inter-division projects and initiatives with team, PM, central leadership, and Divisional leads to develop standardized processes and resources to aid in overall evaluation and management of operations, finances, and performance. Promotes information sharing and collaboration team and PM business analytics leads from other Divisions. Provides leadership, planning, implementation and management of performance and quality improvement programs with team to assess and improve operational performance, contract stability, patient satisfaction, financial viability, and knowledge dissemination for the practice line. Collaborates and oversees analysts on team to become subject matter experts in data extracts, tables, views, cubes, etc. (to best understand available dimensions, metrics, and derived metrics) by performing data discovery and querying sources; study data lineage and contribute toward creation and maintenance of data dictionary. Serve as power user of suite of practice/program management reporting tools suite; collaborate with IT leads to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT-developed products; Provide hands-on training for reporting tools and help develop content for standardized training materials to be used by physician and practice management users. Evaluate user needs and perspective; provide consultation to various users and intake their requests to be considered for future product releases. Collaborate with Operations Division stakeholders and IT Technical Lead(s) on product requirements, design and release planning activities. Provides leadership in assessing common or overlapping needs and identifies opportunities for consolidation or optimization in delivery. Advises colleagues and leadership in navigating and utilizing Vituity resources to implement products and services as needed. Supports the strategic plan of the practice lines through innovation and product development initiatives. Required Experience and Competencies Bachelor''s degree in a Healthcare related field required. Minimum 3-5 years consulting, reporting and analytics and/or analytic product or project management experience, preferably working in provider-side health care industry i.e., brokers and consultants, employers, health plans, physician groups or third-party administrators required. Certification in Project Management or equivalent experience preferred. Master''s or other advanced degree preferred. Experience and familiarity with databases, dataflow, and SQL preferred. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential preferred. Direct experience within the hospital and clinical setting preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience using Business Intelligence tools (such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI) to develop sustainable reports, dashboards, and calculators using various data sources preferred. Ability to work with cross-functional leaders and/or senior management to develop and implement change management strategies associated with people, process, and technology solutions. Data analysis and interpretation skills, including financial statements and statistical reports. Ability to convey stories using data. Demonstrated experience of working with a complex eco-system of workflows, data flows, technologies, tools, teams, and individuals. Strong project management, negotiation and facilitation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Polished public speaking skills with an ability to present to all types of audiences. Thorough working knowledge of MS Office applications - PowerPoint, Excel (intermediate-advanced), Word, Outlook. Skilled at using Business Intelligence tools (such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI) to develop sustainable reports, dashboards, and calculators using various data sources.
