Overview You work closely with the Servers to make sure that a sparkling table is set and ready when our guests are seated. Quickly and efficiently turning the table to reset is vital. Your eye for detail will ensure that cleanliness is outstanding and our guests feel at home.Responsibilities - Quickly remove table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware. You will m aintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. - Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dish-washing area for proper cleaning. - Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
