We are looking for Desktop Support Engineer for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role& the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.Roles & Responsibilities:Hands on Experience in IT Service Management Windows 7, Windows 10.Patch management (Client environment - Both SCCM and Standalone WSUS).Physical cables patching knowledge - Phone and LAN cables.Basic MAC support knowledge/Hands on experience .Working knowledge on Active Directory Domain environment, DHCP, DNS, Windows GPO, WINS, and TCP/IP commands .Basic Knowledge about Application packaging .Required Skills Technical Skills- ,IT Service ManagementHands on Experience in Windows 7, Windows 10.Patch management (Client environment - Both SCCM and Standalone WSUS).Physical cables patching knowledge - Phone and LAN cables.Basic MAC support knowledge/Hands on experience .
