Arcade Coodinator

Overview Administer and oversee the arcade department while ensuring guests are offered a warm and courteous attitude while enjoying a clean, safe, and fun environment.Responsibilities - Assisting customers on various arcade machines. - Plan and prepare work assignments of employees to specific duties including scheduling, disciplinary actions, payroll preperation, and other administrative duties surrounding the department. - Ensure adequate availability of products for each shift. - Ensure all employees are properly trained and counsel when needed. - Ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner. - Monitor arcade staffing to ensure all departments are adequately staffed and provide support to team members during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise - Ensure that the Arcade and Redemption areas are always clean and organized. - Provide superior customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers. - Resolve complex customer complaints. - Perform all shift duties as required by the General Manager. - Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified applicants to meet store needs. - Invoicing, cash handling and daily management reporting - Adherence to proper uniform guidelines. - Ensure that all opening, shift and closing duties are performed. - Able to regularly bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. - The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times.
