RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify critical vulnerabilities to Army equities as they pertain to technologies R&D with a military application. * Identify new CI/HUMINT target sets and nominate targets to the High Payoff Target List (HPTL). * Provide recommendations to MSP and INSCOM G3-OD on the targeting process. * Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and/or non-lethal engagements. * Develop target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products. * Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements. * Conduct collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. * Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations. * Provides database nominations, creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases. REQUIREMENTS: * Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category. * Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. * Understanding of Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis. * Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines. * W ork independently with minimal oversight and direction. * C ollaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. * D evelop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. * L ead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. * Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives. * Certifications : * Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP) * Experience : Minimum of 8 years'' combined experience in the following fields: * Collection Management (3 years or more) * All-Source Analysis (3 years or more) * Creditable experience in distinct fields cannot be combined (see above). College education does not substitute for experience. * Required Skills Demonstrated in Resume : * Understanding of Intelligence Cycle * Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP * Familiarization with DCGS-A * Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis. * Desired Experience : At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. * Desired Education : Bachelor''s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education Education/Training: * Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department All Source Analysis Certifying Courses: * Army - Military Intelligence Captains Career Course or Service Equivalent * Army Advanced Intelligence Analyst Course (35D) * Army All Source Intelligence Technician (350F) * Counterintelligence Technician (351L) * Army Counterintelligence Agent (35L) * Army Intelligence Analysis Course (35F) * Army Human Intelligence Technician (351M) * Army HUMINT Collector Course (35M) * (JMITC) Joint Targeting Foundation Course (JTF) * PACE (Professional Analyst Career Education) Modeling and Methodology Building * (JMITC) Joint Intermediate Target Development Course (JITD) * (JMITC) Joint Targeting Foundation Course (JTF) * HT-JCOE/Joint CI & HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JCHATC) Certification : * DIA/Certified Defense All-Source Analysis-I (CDASA-I) * DIA/Certified Defense All-Source Analysis-II (CDASA-II) Come onboard with a company that Values its Employees!
