Data Visualization Specialist with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0144371 Data Visualization SpecialistKey Role: Develops, implements and supports the usage of data visualization toolkit, configuration, deployment and usage. Applies specific functional knowledge, and working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, and may review or guide activities of more junior employees. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Basic Qualifications: * Experience with graphic design or visual analytics * Experience with creating dashboards and charts in Tableau * Experience with collecting, compiling, analyzing and synthesizing information to provide data-based recommendations * Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access * Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam * Bachelor''s degree Additional Qualifications: * Experience with data governance and data management * Experience with strategic planning and communications * Experience with consulting and collaborating with clients to uncover performance and behavior gaps and recommend strategies to achieve business objectives * Ability to challenge assumptions, explore multiple perspectives, work through problems, and resolve ambiguity * Possession of analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Possession of high levels of initiative, mental agility, attention to detail, and a history of delivering quality products on time * Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills * Possession of strong presentation and delivery skills * Bachelor''s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Graphic Design preferred * Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Data Analyst C ertification preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
