He/she will report tot he Projects Director and will help to ensure that Nextracker''s products and installation out-perform customer expectations and are of the highest quality possible and develops customer loyalty by optimizing the product to the customer''s needs and providing great technical support services on the Nextracker product.Watch this video to learn why Nextracker is more than just a place to work. Here is a glimpse of what you''ll do...Provides technical support for Nextracker customers worldwide, ensuring a best in class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer valueDevelop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated toolsHave strong customer care experience and be able to effectively communicate resolutions for customer concernsResponsible for managing groups of projects from PO to CommissioningOversee the daily project work flow of the onsite managerSchedule onsite tool training, maintenance programs, subcontractor training, quality controlWorks with cross functional team to develop needed revenue forecastsProvide customer field support for installation and quality controlSupport Nextracker product procurement, logistics, and system designEstablishes and measures key performance indicators for customer care to drive behavior and performancePresents the ongoing results to management and to customersDevelop, implement and manage project budget and payment schedule, ensuring project is on budget through each stageDetermine internal & external support needs & costsAttain appropriate approvals from department heads and country managers, as they apply to project milestonesRequest and administer internal project codes for financial and recording purposesSupports product development, sales, and marketing as requestedInternal customer voice.
