Job Description Job Title:TECHNICAL SUPPORT II Job Location:MARSEILLES, IL Job Duration: 6 months+ extension Job Description: Reviews, analyzes and evaluates information technology systems operations. May require an associate''s degree in a related area and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Position Requirements: Perform activities related to imaging and installing new laptop and desktop computers across the site. Provide technical knowledge and expertise of Windows operating systems and software installations. Provide excellent customer service when replacing assets for users. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Works under general supervision of a Lead Analyst or Manager.
