We are currently hiring a Part Time Bartender in Miami, FL.As a member of the brew pub, the Bartender/Server provides excellent, interactive, and educational service as well as help customers engage with the Dogfish Brand through beer and food sales.What You''ll Brew:* Develop an understanding of the history and mission of Dogfish Head, the brew pub, as well as the brewing process itself* Convey knowledge about craft beer, DFH Miami cuisine and the ability to educate customers on the process of brewing beer and the ingredients required to make beer* Enforces and adheres to all safety and sanitation initiatives as required by the position and the company''s safety and sanitation program.* Engage visitors with samples of brewery beers and encouraging growler to-go fills when appropriate* Fulfill drink and food orders as directed by brew pub Management* Conduct table service as directed by brew pub Management* Conduct cash handling and sales through POS inventory system* Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with brew pub guests.* Uphold responsible alcohol serving guidelinesWhat Ingredients You''ll Bring:Minimum Qualifications:* High School Education or GED Equivalent* Prior Hospitality Experience* Some experience working in a Tap Room environmentSome Perks:Our people are our most important ''ingredient.''
