The Enterprise Agile Coach''s purview is the Agile strategy of a division or portfolio to assist in creating and prioritizing transformation plans and activities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Integrate business solutions for complex operational problems through application of a broad understanding of how the organization operates and deep knowledge and experience in the application of Agile principles.Experienced subject matter expert in facilitation, mentoring, training, and professional coaching.Ensure team Agile Coaches are consistent and improving in their knowledge and application of Agile principles. Ensure Truist Agile SDLC, Agile Operating Framework and Risk Framework are appropriately followed.Active participant with the Truist Agile Guild and Agile Coach Communities of Practice.Solve and coach to highly technical, complex problems and consult for other initiatives.Provide informal leadership to others and serves as a resource on complex solutions.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
