The Enterprise Agile Coach''s purview is the Agile strategy of a division or portfolio to assist in creating and prioritizing transformation plans and activities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Integrate business solutions for complex operational problems through application of a broad understanding of how the organization operates and deep knowledge and experience in the application of Agile principles.Experienced subject matter expert in facilitation, mentoring, training, and professional coaching.Ensure team Agile Coaches are consistent and improving in their knowledge and application of Agile principles. Ensure Truist Agile SDLC, Agile Operating Framework and Risk Framework are appropriately followed.Active participant with the Truist Agile Guild and Agile Coach Communities of Practice.Solve and coach to highly technical, complex problems and consult for other initiatives.Provide informal leadership to others and serves as a resource on complex solutions.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.High School diploma or GED or equivalent education and related training or experienceEight+ years professional experience in delivering key initiativesFive+ years in a delivery role, whether Waterfall or Agile (Scrum Master, Project Manager, Technology Lead, Business Lead, Product Owner, Solution Architect, etc.)Five years'' experience as an Agile coach in a broad range of Agile coaching roles (offshore/onshore, technical/non-technical, coaching two+ teams at a time), including three years at a portfolio or program level in SAFeProven experience in the use of scaling methods such as SAFe, LESS, or industry equivalentsThree years of Agile training experienceKnowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and DevOpsSAFe Program Consultant (SPC) with Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe for PO/PM and SAFe for Scrum Master Training EnablementsPreferred Qualifications:College degree in Computer Science, Math or related field of studySAFe for RTE enablement Prior DevOps experience (experience with automation, CI/CD, familiarity with tool stacks, etc.)Experience in the banking industryExperience with Rally, VersionOne, Targetprocess or other agile work management toolOTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONSSittingConstantly (More than 50% of the time)StandingFrequently (25% - 50% of the time)Walking Frequently (25% - 50% of the time) Visual / Audio / SpeakingAble to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.AvailabilityAble to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.TravelMinimal and up to 10%Truist supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer who does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, gender, color, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status or other classification protected by law.
