ASSETS - Data Governance Analyst (J3) with Security ...

Apogee is seeking an Data Governance Analyst located in Omaha, NE to work with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Combatant Command, Command and Control (C2) Division (HBC) providing support for a variety of Information Technology (IT) activities, including complex data management, systems analysis, applications software development, and implementation issues. What will you be doing: * Manages data from a variety of sources * Documents and enforces rules around data collection, storage, and use * Executes policies and standards established by any/all governances * Ensures access to the right data by the right users at the right times * Assists with creating and implementing processes and procedures for data collection, storage, use, and security * Assists with identifying ways to use data to drive enterprise objectives * Assists government Data Administrator and or Data Steward with data modeling and adherence to command standards * Provide operational test and evaluation support What will you need to have: * Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI * Bachelor''s degree with 8+ years relevant experience (10+ years preferred) where at least three (3) years of relevant experience are supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) * 14+ years relevant experience (15 years preferred) with at least 5 years supporting the DoD in lieu of degree * Familiarity with cost analysis tools and software. * Knowledge of and experience using various statistical analysis, modeling, and simulation tools and techniques * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience analyzing organizational/personnel processes and recommending/implementing improvements * Familiarity with Nuclear Planning and Execution (NPES) and Joint Resource Assessment Data System (JRADS) preferred, but not required Benefits: * Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with a HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves.
