Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including two doses of a 2-dose series or a single dose of a 1-dose series prior to start date. Fully vaccinated is defined as 14 days post series completion date.We are looking for a Lead-Medical Assistant to join the Family Medicine team at Washougal.Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, and assisting with overall delivery of patient care. It is expected that the Lead''s daily work will encompass both lead and direct patient care responsibilities along with assisting Family Medicine in achieving efficient work flow processes, high quality clinical outcomes, and exemplary patient experiences. Schedule for position is Monday through Friday.EDUCATION AND SKILLS* Education and at least 1 year experience as an MA-C, required* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MA-C, preferred* Active required credential(s) for Medical Assistant-Certified.* Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EMR.* Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills set.* Ability to be a team player.
