DescriptionJob Summary:The Manager, Brand Experience will manage the creative development and execution of compelling brand experiences, across the Tempur Sealy brand portfolio, at third-party retail, and showrooms. In addition, this role will be a primary contributor for the Retail Edge program as well as our digital retail solutions.Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:Work cross-functionally to lead the development of in store and POP materials needed to support launch excellence and brand objectives across the TSI portfolio.Develop storytelling and visual communication strategy for in store and showroomsSupport Retail Edge deployment through solution development, training content and 1 on 1 interactions with wholesale retail partnersLead CX, content development and execution for Find Your Bed and Shop Assist digital engagement solutions Collaborate with Sales, Retail Marketing, Brand Management and Brand Activation groups to help maximize sales of the Tempur Sealy assortment via product and brand displays, key brand and product messaging, product demonstrations, and brand engagement toolsSupport showroom experiences through creative development and brand messagingLead the BX team vision for technology integration at retail Collaborate with retail marketing teams and sales training teams to deliver key retailer needsLeverage data and insights to enhance solutions and articulate solution impact for the organizationOther primary duties and responsibilities include the following; however, Management reserves the right to assign or reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time.
