Enter results into GMP systemsPerform QC sample receipt, processing and distribution for testing and storageMaintain, calibrate and operate equipment and instruments supporting cell bioassays, Flow Cytometry, ELISA and PCR assaysWork with internal resources to maintain lab in an optimal statePerform inventory of lab supplies and materialsTrack and test products according to Stability protocolsSupport on-the job training for junior staff, if neededTroubleshoot issues and identify when a deviation from standard process occursGather metric information for use in continuous improvement of areas of responsibilityWorking hours: Wednesday to Saturday, 6:30am - 5:00pmBasic Qualifications:AA degree and 1+ years'' experience in Quality Control or Pharma/Biotech industry ORHigh School degree and 2+ years of experience in Quality Control or Pharma/Biotech industryPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in biologyKnowledge of GMP, SOPs and quality control processesExperience with identifying OOS and invalid assaysProficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate and work independently with scientific/technical personnelWorking knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (21 CRF Part 11/210/211)Experience in the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry*This Position qualifies for a $8,000 Sign-on Bonus, $4,000 payable within 30 days of start date and $4,000 payable following 6 months of continuous employment. Payments are subject to a 1-year repayment agreement from date of payment issue.
