SYSTEM ANALYST I, CLINICAL APPLICATIONS

This position will be primarily remote with onsite presence required to support the Laboratory Department for all Inspira Health locations for project go-live and other events. Ideal candidates should possess the following: Knowledge of Clinical Laboratory workflows in a hospital setting. Previous experience working with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Knowledge of Cerner Millennium and Cerner PathNet. MAJOR FUNCTION : Works with customers, other members of the IS department, and application vendors as an implementation team member and knowledge expert to provide customers with support for their applications. Identifies and documents customers needs, builds electronic workflows based on those needs, trains customers on applications, and provides on-going maintenance and support for multiple applications and departments. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associates degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Information Services or related experience required. Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred. Business, clinical specialty, or related experience as an end user of a clinical or business system preferred.Proficient with Microsoft office applications.
