(This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit) * have a minimum of 3 years of experience performing help desk, response team, or administrator duties including * have configuration and operation of business systems experience * have optimizing system operations and resource utilization experience * have experience performing system capacity analysis * are experienced with creating user account and password resets using Active Directory tools * are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite * have a BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or Mathematics * have an active TS/SCI security clearance We''ll REALLY love you if....
