RESPONSIBILITIES* Provide support to Trust Administration by assisting with trusts, agencies, estates, probate court accounts and maintenance of trust relationships* Assist Administrators with reporting requirements for estates and trusts, including direct contact with real estate brokers, accountants, attorneys, insurance agents and auctioneers* Assist Administrators in establishing and monitoring new and closing accounts and administration of existing accounts* Provide comprehensive, prompt, efficient and courteous service to all contacts including prospects, customers, associates and professionals to assure a smooth running office and resolve trust and banking issues* Research special projects for customers, accountants and administrators* Collaborate with Administrators to compile periodic reports and correspondence to trust customers and accountants including multiple county probate court account filings, investment performance reports and/or spreadsheets* Act as a liaison between Trust Administration and Trust Operations* Participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks* Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank''s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks* Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards* Other duties as assignedCOMPETENCIES* Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills* Written and Verbal Communication* Ability to understand and follow directions* Adaptable to change* Basic Computer Skills* Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented* Able to Multi-Task or Juggle Priorities* Ability to work as part of a teamEDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or equivalent required1-2 years related work experienceSCHEDULEStandard hours will be Monday through Friday, 8a-5p. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally the position will require 40 hours per week.
